Embodied Frequencies is a personal method I’ve co-created with divine support. It’s a quantum practice of attuning the body, voice, and energy field to chosen states of being. Through intention, sensation, colour, breath, and vocal expression (including light language), the frequency of what you wish to embody is brought fully into your system/field and anchored. Over time, this primes your body and field to naturally hold and radiate those frequencies, and actualised in the physical.
