Body & Being: The Space in Between

Each month, we gather in a space that bridges the worlds of Hello Body and felt sense – a space where body meets spirit, and movement meets expression. Through grounding practices and collective exploration, we’ll journey together into deeper presence with ourselves and with community.

Every session unfolds as a unique experience – sometimes through movement, other times through sound, breath, or a creative ritual, yet always guided by the intention to feel more connected, alive, and at home in our bodies and in each other’s company.

This is an invitation to root into yourself, flow into new possibilities, and share in the collective resonance of community. Each month offers something new, yet always returns to the shared intention: to feel more alive, embodied, and connected.

The Space in Between (Sep 2025)

Facilitators: Kate on Pilates & Malvina on Breath and Sound Bath

This month, we journey through the body’s natural rhythms of holding and letting go. Through a grounding mat pilates practice to awaken strength, mobility and awareness, we prepare  the body to  release, and shed what no longer serves. From this softened space, let the sound bath carry us deeper, weaving vibrations and frequencies that support closure, renewal, and transitions with the cycle of this season.

Together, we honour the nature and beauty of endings and beginnings, finding balance in the space between.

A breath journey into inner union and divine truth.

Celestial Mirrors is a journey where the cosmos invites us to step into a space of reflection - where every meeting, every relationship, every moment of silence is a mirror showing us who we are, and who we are becoming. What mirrors are appearing for you now, and what truths are they revealing?

Through Psychedelic Breath®, we enter a portal where dualities dissolve; self and other, light and shadow, inner and outer. What polarities within you are asking for harmony, for union?

With each breath, the veils lift, and what is reflected back is not illusion, but the deeper truth waiting beneath the surface, waiting to be met and witnessed.
This is a journey into balance, into beauty, into the sacred wholeness of your being.

This is a remembering: where in your life does harmony want to be restored, and how might you embody that balance?

Union is not found outside, but through the breath that bridges worlds within.

Please bring/prepare:

  • Please bring drinking water

  • A shawl or sweater in case it gets chilly

  • Item of significance for the altar (optional)

  • A pen and a journal

  • Dress for comfort

  • Avoid alcohol 24 hours before the gathering

  • Avoid heavy meals 90 mins before the session

    CONTRAINDICATIONS: Pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery in the upper body (recovering wounds, injuries)

  • I offer public and private ceremonies and gatherings, such as (but not limited to) sound baths, cacao ceremonies, psychedelic breath journeys, energy healing, light language activations, esoteric hypnosis (past life regression & future life visioning), and mentorships for awakening lightworkers.

  • Yes, I do. My main group gatherings are in person, and my 1-1 offerings are virtual unless it’s a private gathering/ceremony.

    For in-person sessions, I offer mainly in Singapore, and occasionally in Manila.

  • It may vary depending on what the session is, but we always start with grounding when we open the space, and ending with integration before we close the space.
