This class is a journey that bridges movement and breath. (Co-Facilitated with Kate)
We begin with Mat Pilates, guided with somatic awareness and nervous system cues, to build strength, stability, and integration from the inside out. With mindful attention to the body, each movement becomes a practice of grounding, presence, and resilience.
From this rooted place, we transition into Psychedelic Breath® — a method that blends ancient yogic breathing techniques, modern neuroscience, and electronic music. Through conscious breath, you’ll be guided into non-ordinary states of consciousness, where emotional blockages can release, inner clarity can arise, and a deeper connection to your truth can be felt.
Together, these practices create a full-spectrum experience of awakening body, mind, and spirit — while grounding strength and creating a sense of expansiveness.

The evening opens with a Blue Lotus tea ritual, calling in this plant ally to soften the heart and heighten intuitive sight. From this receptive space, we enter a multidimensional activation journey, a channeled inner voyage to commune with your higher self, guides, or soul aspects, receiving healing and revelation from the unseen realms.
Through the Embodied Frequencies Method, we anchor new codes of empowerment and renewal into the body through voice, breath, and presence, allowing transformation to ripple through every layer of being. We close with journaling and reflection, grounding the insights and transmissions received, and attuning the field to the new frequencies of your becoming.

I offer public and private ceremonies and gatherings, such as (but not limited to) sound baths, cacao ceremonies, psychedelic breath journeys, energy healing, light language activations, esoteric hypnosis (past life regression & future life visioning), and mentorships for awakening lightworkers.

Yes, I do. My main group gatherings are in person, and my 1-1 offerings are virtual unless it’s a private gathering/ceremony.
For in-person sessions, I offer mainly in Singapore, and occasionally in Manila.
