Golden Frequencies is a Psychedelic Breath® journey into the radiance and remembrance of your true expression. Held in the fiery heart of Leo season, this is a space to release the fear of being seen, to shed old stories around your voice, your worth, your too-muchness, and to return to the embodied brilliance of YOU.

Through intentional breathwork, we’ll move into expanded states of consciousness where creative life force flows freely, and your inner voice rises clearly, uncaged, unfiltered. This is your invitation to awaken the Divine Child within, and anchor your light into form.

We’ll close with guided journaling and integration to ground your experience, so that what you uncover becomes a living part of you.

Please bring/prepare:

  • Please bring drinking water

  • A shawl or sweater in case it gets chilly

  • A pen and a journal 

  • You can bring a comfort item (eg. plushie, essential oils, etc)

  • Dress for comfort

  • Avoid heavy meals at least 90 mins before the session

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery in the upper body (recovering wounds, injuries)

  • I offer public and private ceremonies and gatherings, such as (but not limited to) sound baths, cacao ceremonies, psychedelic breath journeys, light language activations, and mentorships for awakening lightworkers.

  • Yes, I do. My main group gatherings are in person, and my 1-1 offerings are virtual unless it’s a private gathering/ceremony.

    For in-person sessions, I offer mainly in Singapore, and occasionally in Manila.

  • It may vary depending on what the session is, but we always start with grounding when we open the space, and ending with integration before we close the space.
