This journey is an invitation to explore ritual as an act of devotion, a way of grounding more deeply into ourselves, our bodies, and the life that we are living.
Through the breath, we'll journey through the different layers of ourselves, listening to what each part may be asking for.
What rituals are still nourishing the person you are today? What routines, patterns, or ways of being have become outdated? What is asking to be refined, released, or evolved as you step into who you are becoming?
As we move through the journey, we'll bring awareness into the different energy centres of the body, offering our breath as an act of devotion to each part of ourselves — tending to what has been neglected, listening to what needs our attention, and remembering that wholeness is cultivated through the relationship we have with all that we are.
Psychedelic Breath® is a transformative breathing method that blends ancient yogic breathing techniques, modern neuroscience, and electronic music. This practice is designed to guide you into non-ordinary states of consciousness, where you can release emotional blockages, access deep clarity, and connect with your inner truth.
The word psychedelic comes from the Greek psyche (soul) and delos (to reveal) – meaning, to reveal the soul. And that’s exactly what this journey is about: stripping away the noise, the conditioning, the layers that have kept you from seeing and feeling yourself fully.

Under the Pisces Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse, we gather within the liminal space between what has been and what is ready to emerge.
Pisces invites us into the realms of dreams, spirit, the unconscious, and all that exists beneath the thinking mind. And with this Lunar Eclipse, we are invited to illuminate what has been hidden within these waters, to see through the illusions and constructs we may have built around ourselves, and to allow what is ready to dissolve, shed, and fall away.
What is meant to die or dissolve in order for your dreams to materialise? What are you being asked to transcend in order to move deeper into your beingness, into the spirit that lives within you?
This is not transcendence as a way of leaving the body or escaping our human experience. It is an invitation to transcend beyond the constructs that have kept us from inhabiting more of who we are, allowing our inner spirit, dreams, and deeper truth to find expression and form through us.
We will begin with the heart-opening medicine of Mama Cacao, allowing ourselves to soften and drop into the home of the heart. Alongside her, we will sit with the dreamy medicine and spirit of Blue Lotus, guiding us gently into the liminal spaces where our dreams reside and where parts of ourselves beneath the thinking mind may begin to emerge.
From here, we will move through a Full Moon shedding ritual, releasing what is ready to fade away and creating space for what wants to come forth. We will then enter an alchemical inner journey, supported by vocal activations and frequency, allowing the vibrations of what is being released, remembered, and alchemized to move through the body and find expression.
We close with a gentle sound journey, creating space for integration and for all that has been received to settle within and in your field.

I offer public and private ceremonies and gatherings, such as (but not limited to) sound baths, cacao ceremonies, psychedelic breath journeys, energy healing, light language activations, esoteric hypnosis (past life regression & future life visioning), and mentorships for awakening lightworkers.

Yes, I do. My main group gatherings are in person, and my 1-1 offerings are virtual unless it’s a private gathering/ceremony.
For in-person sessions, I offer mainly in Singapore, and occasionally in Manila.

It may vary depending on what the session is, but we always start with grounding when we open the space, and ending with integration before we close the space.
