Psychedelic Breath® is a transformative breathing method that blends ancient yogic breathing techniques, modern neuroscience, and electronic music. This practice is designed to guide you into non-ordinary states of consciousness, where you can release emotional blockages, access deep clarity, and connect with your inner truth.
The word psychedelic comes from the Greek psyche (soul) and delos (to reveal) – meaning, to reveal the soul. And that’s exactly what this journey is about: stripping away the noise, the conditioning, the layers that have kept you from seeing and feeling yourself fully.

As we move through Taurus season, we are being invited back into the body, into slowness, into our senses.
The Earth Within is a ceremony devoted to remembering that we are not separate from the Earth, we are an extension of her. That the same wisdom that moves the soil, the tides, and the cycles of nature… lives and breathes within us.
Through the heart-opening medicine of Mama Ixcacao and the gentle, liminal support of blue lotus, we begin by softening the mind and opening the body, creating space to listen and feel more deeply.
This journey will guide you into a deeper relationship with your body as sacred land.
We will move through a series of gentle, intentional practices:
a heart-opening ritual with cacao and blue lotus,
a guided ritual, and intuitive, element-inspired movement to reconnect with the energies of water, air, fire, and earth within the body.
From here, you will be guided into an inner journey, a space to listen, to receive, and to remember.

I offer public and private ceremonies and gatherings, such as (but not limited to) sound baths, cacao ceremonies, psychedelic breath journeys, energy healing, light language activations, esoteric hypnosis (past life regression & future life visioning), and mentorships for awakening lightworkers.

Yes, I do. My main group gatherings are in person, and my 1-1 offerings are virtual unless it’s a private gathering/ceremony.
For in-person sessions, I offer mainly in Singapore, and occasionally in Manila.

It may vary depending on what the session is, but we always start with grounding when we open the space, and ending with integration before we close the space.
