There are depths within us that can only be met when we are willing to become deeply intimate with ourselves. To see what is present, to meet what has been hidden, and to witness our truth without needing to turn away from it.
Alchemy of Self is a Psychedelic Breath® journey into these inner depths, an invitation to explore what is ready to be seen, felt, released, and ultimately alchemised through the breath.
Throughout the journey, we will move through the different energetic centres of the body, beginning at the root and travelling upwards, using light as an anchor as we breathe life and awareness into each layer of our being. Rather than reaching only towards the light, we allow the light to accompany us into our depths.
To illuminate what is there, reveal what is asking for our attention, and to meet the lead within us that may be ready to become gold.
Through the breath, we create space for transformation to happen from within, allowing old energies, emotions, patterns, and ways of being to move, shift, and take new form.
This is an invitation to become your own alchemist. To descend deeply enough to meet yourself in truth, and to allow the breath to transform what you find there, by discovering the medicine, wisdom, and gold that may have been held within it all along.
Psychedelic Breath® is a transformative breathing method that blends ancient yogic breathing techniques, modern neuroscience, and electronic music. This practice is designed to guide you into non-ordinary states of consciousness, where you can release emotional blockages, access deep clarity, and connect with your inner truth.
The word psychedelic comes from the Greek psyche (soul) and delos (to reveal) – meaning, to reveal the soul. And that’s exactly what this journey is about: stripping away the noise, the conditioning, the layers that have kept you from seeing and feeling yourself fully.

Under the Full Moon in Taurus, we are invited back into the body.
Taurus, the first earth sign of the zodiac, reminds us that we are here to experience life through our physical and sacred vessels, through our senses, our bodies, and our relationship with the material world.
This Full Moon illuminates our relationship with stability, safety, self-worth, and value.
Where might we be holding onto people, identities, beliefs, ways of living, or material forms because they offer us a sense of security, even when they no longer allow us to feel free?
Where have we mistaken familiarity for safety?
And what might become possible when we begin to release these attachments and cultivate a deeper sense of stability from within?
This is an invitation to liberate ourselves from the false structures of security we have built around us, allowing for a deeper intimacy with the self, between soul and body, and remembering the wisdom, value, and safety that can be cultivated within our own being.
We will begin by sitting with the heart-opening medicine of Mama Cacao, allowing ourselves to soften into the heart and listen to what is present within.
From here, you will be guided into an inner journey through the body, creating space to sense where you may be holding onto something that is ready to be witnessed, moved, or released.
We will then move through a Full Moon release ritual before working with the Embodied Frequencies Method, using intention, sensation, breath, and the vibration of our own voice to meet what is present within the body and allow it to move, express, and alchemise.
With Taurus connected to the throat & voice, we work with our own sound as a way of coming into deeper relationship with the body, to hear ourselves, feel ourselves, and give vibration to what has been held within.
An evening to return to the body and to explore what it means to feel rooted and held within ourselves, so that we may meet life from a place of greater freedom, intimacy, and embodied safety.

I offer public and private ceremonies and gatherings, such as (but not limited to) sound baths, cacao ceremonies, psychedelic breath journeys, energy healing, light language activations, esoteric hypnosis (past life regression & future life visioning), and mentorships for awakening lightworkers.

Yes, I do. My main group gatherings are in person, and my 1-1 offerings are virtual unless it’s a private gathering/ceremony.
For in-person sessions, I offer mainly in Singapore, and occasionally in Manila.

It may vary depending on what the session is, but we always start with grounding when we open the space, and ending with integration before we close the space.
