THE CALL FOR DIVINE LEADERSHIP
As we close out this year and stand at the threshold of another, there is an invitation to deepen into our own leadership.
Beyond a title, a platform or how many people look to us for guidance, there is the leadership of our own being.
The willingness to fully inhabit ourselves: our truth, our gifts, our vision and the unique frequency we carry. To allow all of this to have a greater expression through the life we are already living.
The New Earth is something we are here to embody and co-create, through our beingness, our gifts and medicine, our work and service. Through our creations and relationships, and the way we choose to lead ourselves and meet the world around us.
And like a lighthouse, we are not here to become someone else’s light.
We are here to recognise, embody and emanate our own.
You may be a teacher, a doctor, an artist, a facilitator, a parent, a creator, an entrepreneur, or simply someone who knows that the way they are being called to move through this world carries a deeper purpose.
New Earth leadership takes many forms. Each of us carries something unique to us to contribute to the greater whole.
THE EXPERIENCE
Return to the Heart
Mama Cacao & Energy-Centre Blessings
We begin with the heart-opening medicine of Mama Cacao, entering a ceremonial space of connection, intention and presence.
Together, we offer blessings to each of our energy centres, honouring the sacred human vessel through which our soul experiences this life.
Remember Your Divine Essence
Alchemical Remembrance Journey
Through a guided alchemical remembrance journey, we turn inward to connect with the essence of the soul and the deeper purpose that moves through our being. Beyond the roles we play, the identities we hold and the things we believe we should be doing, we create space to listen.
What is the essence of who I am?
What is the medicine I carry?
What is my soul calling me to bring into this world?
Connect with the Soul of Your Service
With this remembrance as our foundation, we explore three inquiries:
WHY: The soul of your service
Why do you do what you do? This is what drives deeper intention, devotion or purpose moves through your work and the way you serve and create.
WHO: The beings you are here to serve and share your work with
Who are you being called to support, guide, inspire or create for? Who resonates with the medicine you carry?
WHAT: Your unique medicine, expression, and offering
What gifts, wisdom, qualities and expressions are uniquely yours to bring into the world? How are you giving them form through your work, creations and everyday life?
Through reflection, immersive exploration and group sharing, we give language to what is deeply felt but not always articulated.
There is power in recognising our own medicine. And there is power in allowing ourselves to be witnessed in it.
Give Your Remembrance Expression
Embodied Frequencies: Sound, Voice & Movement
We work with sound, voice and movement to bring what we have remembered into the body.
You will be invited to wear a blindfold, softening the pull of the outside world and turning your attention inward, towards your breath, sensations and the impulses of your own being. With less attention on how your expression looks or how others are moving, there is space to listen more deeply and allow your body and voice to guide the exploration.
We explore the voice as an extension of our being, allowing expression beyond the limitations of language and becoming more deeply attuned to the frequencies that move through us.
To trust our voice, and move from within.
To allow our unique expression to take up space, and to experience what it feels like to inhabit the truth of who we are.
Wearing a blindfold is optional, and you are welcome to remove it at any time, honouring your own comfort and pace.
Meeting Your Divine Self
Future Life Visioning Activation Journey
Through a guided hypnosis experience, we journey forward to meet a future expression of ourselves within this current lifetime, one who is living in deeper alignment with their truth, gifts and service.
How are you showing up?
What are you creating?
How are you leading yourself and others?
How is your unique medicine being expressed through your life?
And what wisdom does this future version of you have for the person you are today?
This is an exploration of possibility, rather than a prediction of the future: an opportunity to recognise what you can begin choosing, creating and embodying now.
Co-Create Together
Collective New Earth Tapestry
We bring our individual visions, gifts and intentions into a shared work of art: a representation of the Earth we are here to co-create and the unique part each of us plays within it.
A remembrance that while each of us carries our own medicine, we are not creating in isolation.
Our individual expressions are threads within an expanded field of consciousness.
Integrate & Return
Restorative Sound Journey
We close with a restorative sound journey, allowing the remembrance, expression and visions of the day to settle into the body.
To return to ourselves.
To return to the Earth. And to carry what we have received into the way we choose to live.
The Lighthouse is for you if:
✦ You sense that now is the time to live what you remember through your choices, creations, relationships, work and service.
✦ You feel called to deepen into your own leadership through the way you honour your truth and take responsibility for how you show up in the world.
✦ You are ready to explore the soul of your service and expression: why you create, why you do what you do, who you are here to serve, and what you are uniquely here to contribute.
✦ You feel the invitation to trust your voice and take up space, exploring the conditioning or fears that have kept parts of yourself hidden.
✦ You are standing at a threshold, sensing an expanded expression of yourself emerging, and want to explore what it feels like to embody that version of you now.
✦ You long to connect, create and co-envision alongside others who are consciously contributing to the New Earth.
✦ You are ready to give your visions physical form through intentional choices, tangible actions and deeper embodiment in everyday life.
✦ You are ready to become your own lighthouse: rooted in your beingness, trusting the medicine you carry, and allowing your light to illuminate the world through the way you live, lead and serve.
By the end of this immersion, you will:
✦ Deepen your remembrance of who you are beyond the roles and identities you inhabit, reconnecting with your soul's essence and the unique medicine you carry into this lifetime.
✦ Gain greater clarity on the soul of your service (your WHY, WHO and WHAT) and how your gifts, wisdom and lived experiences are calling to be expressed through the life you are already living.
✦ Explore a deeper relationship with your voice and authentic expression, allowing yourself to be seen, heard and witnessed without needing to become someone other than who you are.
✦ Experience what it means to embody your own frequency, moving beyond intellectual understanding and allowing your truth to find expression through your body, voice, sound and movement.
✦ Connect with a possible future expression of yourself, receiving insight into how you may choose to live, lead, create and serve when you are more fully honouring your gifts and vision.
✦ Recognise the value of your unique contribution to the greater whole, experiencing how your individual medicine can weave together with others in the collective co-creation of the New Earth.
✦ Leave with a clearer intention and an embodied commitment to how you choose to show up, lead yourself and give form to what you have remembered as you step into the next chapter of your life.
Frequently Asked Questions:
-
Not at all. The Lighthouse is for anyone who feels called to explore and embody their unique gifts, purpose and contribution to the world.
You may be a healer, entrepreneur, creative, teacher, parent, professional, space-holder or someone who is still discovering how their gifts are asking to be expressed.
New Earth leadership is not confined to a profession or title. It begins with how we lead ourselves, relate to others and bring our truth into the life we are already living.
-
You are welcome here. You do not need to have everything figured out, nor do you need to know exactly what your gifts or purpose are.
The Lighthouse is an invitation to explore your own wisdom and deepen your relationship with the medicine you carry, wherever you may be on your journey of remembrance. What matters most is your willingness to explore, participate and take responsibility for your own experience.
-
Sometimes, the deeper invitation is to revisit what we already know, recognise where we may have outgrown certain expressions of ourselves, and explore how our gifts are asking to evolve.
Whether you are just beginning or have been holding space, creating or serving for years, there is always another layer of embodiment available to us.
-
There will be opportunities for reflection, sharing, vocal exploration and collective creation throughout the immersion.
You will be encouraged to explore your voice and expression in a supportive environment, but you will never be required to disclose anything deeply personal or share beyond what feels appropriate for you. You are invited to honour your own boundaries while remaining open to the experience.
-
No prior experience is necessary. All practices will be guided, and you will be supported throughout the immersion. You are welcome to participate with curiosity and discernment, without needing to achieve a particular experience or outcome.
-
Future Life Visioning is a guided hypnosis journey that invites you to explore a possible future expression of yourself within this lifetime.
Rather than predicting a fixed future, it creates space to connect with your inner wisdom, explore possibilities and gain perspective on how you may wish to live, create, lead and serve.
You remain aware and in control of your participation throughout the experience.
-
Embodied Frequencies is an intuitive, experiential practice that works with breath, sound, voice, sensation and movement to explore the expression of our inner truth through the body.
There is no performance involved, and no singing or movement experience is required. You will be invited to explore at your own pace, in a way that feels accessible and authentic to you.
-
This is a collaborative creative experience where we will bring our individual visions, intentions and unique contributions into a shared piece of art.
You do not need to be artistic or have any creative experience. The intention is to explore how each person's medicine has a place within the greater whole, and how collective creation does not require us to lose our individuality.
