Esoteric Hypnosis is an inner journey into expanded states of awareness, where past, and/or future selves weave together in the present. Each session begins with gentle spirit and energy clearing, opening the way for your soul to speak clearly. You are then guided into hypnosis, where the veils soften, and the stories, memories, and visions that wish to support you can arise. Every journey is completed with frequency medicine and energy healing, to anchor insights into your body and field.

✧ Past Life Regression

A journey into the memories of your soul, not limited to Earthly lives, but also open to galactic, multidimensional, and ancestral lineages. In this session, you’ll be gently guided into a hypnotic state to access a lifetime (or realm) most relevant to your current intention. These journeys can illuminate repeating patterns, reveal hidden gifts, or bring closure to unresolved threads of the past.

Step into the timeline of your becoming. This hypnosis journey connects you with a future version of yourself within this lifetime who has already embodied their gifts, purpose, and multidimensional wisdom. Through this visioning, you may receive guidance, insight, confidence, and clarity to anchor into your present path.

  • All sessions are held online, allowing you to journey from the comfort of your own space. For those in Singapore who feel called to a more immersive, in-person experience, sessions can be arranged upon request with an additional energy exchange.

  • What if I’m not visual?
    Not everyone “sees” in hypnosis - some people feel, hear, or simply know. Your subconscious communicates in the way that’s most natural for you. Every way is valid, and I’ll guide you to work with what arises.

    What if I don’t go deep enough?
    You’ll go as deep as your system is ready for. Even a light hypnotic state can bring through profound insights and shifts. The process meets you where you are.

    Can I make it up in my head?
    Sometimes it can feel like imagination, but that in itself comes from somewhere. Often what arises carries wisdom, symbolism, or emotions you couldn’t consciously create. It’s the essence that offers the information that matters the most. Trust what comes, and we’ll work with it.

    What if something uncomfortable comes up?
    I hold a safe, grounded container. Before hypnosis, I guide an energy/spirit release to clear interference. If challenging emotions or images arise, I support you through them gently and with care.

    Do I need to believe in past lives or multidimensional selves?
    Not necessarily. Many clients treat the experience as symbolic, like a dream. Whether literal or metaphorical, the healing, clarity, and integration are real.

    How do I choose between Past Life Regression and Future Life Visioning?

    • If you want to understand repeating patterns, reclaim gifts, or heal from the past → choose Past Life Regression.

    • If you want clarity for your path ahead, confidence, and insight from your future self → choose Future Life Visioning.

    • If both call to you, you can book a dual session or a package to experience both.

    • Single Session (SGD 222): A powerful stand-alone journey of remembrance or visioning. Perfect for a first experience or a focused intention.

    • Dual Sessions (SGD 400 / SGD 200 each): Two of the same journeys, or one of each (PLR + FLV), which allows for a thread of weaving insight from the past life regression into what is ahead within your current lifetime. Valid 4 weeks.

    • 4 Sessions (SGD 760 / SGD 190 each): Deepen into consistent transformation. Each journey builds on the last, supporting layered healing and embodiment. This also allows explorations across multiple lifetimes and timelines, weaving soul lessons with future potentials. Ideal for deep pattern release or anchoring a new timeline. Valid 6 weeks.

    • 8 Sessions (SGD 1,440 / SGD 180 each): A committed path of exploration and integration. Ideal if you wish to work through multiple themes, patterns, or timelines. This extended container also allows for transformation as you explore multidimensional lifetimes, galactic connections, and future visions, while receiving consistent energetic support. Valid 10 weeks.

    • 10 Sessions (SGD 1,700 / SGD 170 each): For those devoted to deep soul work. This longer container allows your journeys to unfold organically, with time for healing, discovery, and integration. This journey of remembrance and becoming allows for the work to unfold at depth - resolving karmic threads, reclaiming gifts, and visioning long-term timelines.  Includes integration support via WhatsApp. Valid 12 weeks.
